10 Year West Side Community Plan

In 2011 and 2012, the West Side Community Organization devoted significant energy and resources to developing a comprehensive West Side Community Plan for District 3 in the City of Saint Paul. The organization approached the project as an opportunity to improve the quality of life for West Siders by increasing civic participation and creating a “working document” that acts as a road map for WSCO and its public, private and non-profit partners for the next decade. The Plan was officially adopted as part of the City of St. Paul Comprehensive Plan in February 2013. The Neighborhood Development Alliance, Riverview Economic Development Association, Community Design Group and the City of Saint Paul’s Planning and Economic Development Department worked closely with WSCO throughout the process.
